During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your shipping destination.

Any available shipping promotions or discounts will also be applied during checkout.

Taxes & Customs

All applicable taxes, import duties, and customs fees are included in the final purchase price whenever possible.

You should not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

If a customs office or courier requests additional payment, please contact us immediately at infosolsticedrawing@gmail.com before making any payment. We'll gladly assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to:

we may charge the actual reshipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Lost Packages

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

If the package cannot be located, we will arrange either:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once reviewed, we'll provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately to speed up delivery.

If this happens:

Delivery Attempts

Some shipping carriers may require a signature upon delivery.

If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the parcel is returned due to refusal or failure to collect, reshipping charges may apply.
